Miriam (ミリアム) is a human adventurer, thief and archer, who started her career some months before Vandalieu entered the city of Morksi at the age of eleven. She was supposed to be an ordinary newcomer, but by chance, she ended up leading a remarkably peculiar and absurdly mismatched party with legendary potential.[2]
She is reoccuringly accidentally misunderstood by people around her.
Appearance[]
Miriam is a harmless-looking girl with no particularly remarkable traits.[3] However, the stark contrast between her and her highly suspicious party members makes her seem either like the victim of some elaborate crime, [2] or perhaps like a trap herself, set to ensnare others.[4]
Her bust is B-cup in the Talosheim rankings.[5]
Personality[]
She is a good-natured girl.[5] Though she often feels overwhelmed by the expectations placed on her, she somehow manages to rise to the occasion, boldly and steadily. The misconception that she is a truly remarkable person only grows stronger with each passing day instead of being corrected.[6][7] Or perhaps, she is the one mistaken, underestimating her own true potential.
Biography[]
Volume 11[]
As an E-class adventurer, she went out to a small village in the Alcrem Duchy to gather medicinal herbs and had a disaster in which she ran into an Ogre, but was saved by three bizarre villagers named Arthur, Kalinia and Borzofoy. They were longing for the outside world and begged her to be their leader, so Miriam formed a party with them and began her full-scaled adventure.[2] As three weirdos carried out their mission from their patron gods to go see the Demon King in peace, she was also recognized as a friend of the Demon King.[6]
Her party slipped into the shadow of Vandalieu and infiltrated Takkard Alclem's villa, successfully evacuating him.[8]
Volume 12[]
Miriam and her friends are quickly promoted to C-class adventurers, and they challenge the examination to B-class, but they fail due to the fact that they cannot find a nobleman to take on the role of examiner.[9]
Receiving a white, standard-shaped transformation equipment, she and her companions fought monsters equivalent to Rank 11 sent by the demigods of Alda's faction on the Demon King's Continent. Miriam awakened her talent for commanding her companions and worked with Simon, Natania and her Heart Warrior Brigade, to defeat them.[7]
