Not much is known about Rudy's personality, although he's afraid of Vandalieu. Rudy is grateful to him for rescuing from the bandits.

Rudy has short light-colored hair and eyes. He wears a light-colored hat, a white dress shirt, overalls, and shoes.
Background[]
He the third-born son of Viscount Maggio’s noble merchant family, he couldn’t inherit the household, but he had been raised without suffering discrimination at the hands of his parents and two older brothers. He had received the same high-level education as the first and second sons and had been prepared to become independent from an early age, as he couldn’t inherit the household.
Once an adult, he began by gathering experience as a merchant, after receiving a one-off support fund from his family in order to become independent. However, by his third year as a merchant, he was captured by bandit.[1]

Captured by bandits, Rudy was rescued by Vandalieu, who wished to be as good as possible for his own spirit, on the condition that he keep quiet about a Dhampir, and was given a horse and his own luggage to escape.[1]
The surrounding bandits had been wiped out by Vandalieu's familiars,[2] and Rudy made it safely to the human village.
After experiencing numerous hardships, he had succeeded to the point of either forming his own caravan after buying a carriage or establishing his own store.[1]
