"If I can keep living happily with mother like this, I don't need a 4th life."

Titles, also known as a written name, alias or degree, are similar to jobs, but stay with the wielder in an accumulative way.[1]

They're "acquired when an influential individual and many other people recognize you as bearing that title. (…) The effects of a Title depends on the reason the Title has been bestowed on the individual and the meaning of the Title, granting new related skills or increasing the levels of existing ones and strengthening their effects."[1] Some ways they can be obtained is by coincidence, others given directly by enemies or allies, and some through the wielder's own actions.[?]

Ruler[]

Titles such as "Ruler of X" represent the fact that the title owner is an important or the most influential person in a certain region. These titles can only be acquired if one is extremely well recognized or peculiar. Luciliano notes that it's this same reason why Vandalieu does not acquire obvious titles such as "Eclipse Emperor of Talosheim".[2]
