This article concerns itself with explaining how to ensure the quality of the content and information found on the wiki.
Pseudo-Translation[]
A pseudo-translation means using a non-English source when adding information to the wiki. It often involved using machine translating tools (MTL) to translate content, which are very prone to mistranslations.[1] For instance, it would mean adding content from volumes beyond volume 1, when volume 2 has not been released yet.
We do not want this kind of content on the wiki, because it often leads to confusion and misinformation, and most importantly it is difficult to fact-check. If you're unsure about a piece of information, do not add it to the wiki and wait until the English translation catches up. Otherwise, you could also try discussing it with the community first before you add it, either on the relevant article's talk page, our fandom discussion forum or preferably on our Discord. And if greenlit by an admin or moderator, then you can add it to the wiki, but must also include the {{upcoming}} template.
Speculation[]
Speculation should only be substantiated with evidence that is based from the currently available content. Users should not base their speculations from previous leaks, or from "rumors" surrounding leaks. If one does not support their opinions or theories with evidence based from available content, the post is subject to deletion, and the user may be warned.

Please be considerate of new readers by hiding potential spoilers. That said, spoiler warnings are not necessary for every type of situation. For instance, summaries / history and abilities sections are exempt, and if you really deem it necessary, use the {{spoiler}} notice or {{collapse}} instead. However, the introductory paragraph and infobox must pay attention and {{censor}} any information that may potentially spoil the reading experience of a newcomer to the story. If there's a piece of information that does not need to be hidden in your opinion, please discuss it with other contributors in the article's talk section.
Although a piece of information such as Vandalieu's children may seem like old news for someone who's up to date with the most recent release of the web novel, it's not for someone who's for instance only on volume 2 and want to quickly look up something on the wiki from volume 1. Therefore, please do not remove spoiler protection tags just because they're a bit inconvenient to you as a veteran reader.
Media hierarchy[]
This is a web novel based wiki. This means that the information from the web novel should take precedence, whereas changes made in the light novel or manga actually belong in the trivia section. Since there exists no officially licensed English translation of the web novel, the wiki uses Yoshi's fantranslations as the official source, despite its eventual mistakes and shortcomings.
Also, if a reference tag to any other medium has been added to a piece of information, do not remove them and replace them with a reference to another media, even if it takes precedence. For example:

This is because we admins do not have access to the light novel, and thus we are unable to fact-check information added from it. If it a piece of information cannot be fact-checked, it unfortunately risks being deleted.
Sources[]
To prevent confusion, you should use English or Japanese language sources. However, you cannot use machine translating tools (like Google Translate), so if you wish to use Japanese sources, you must be proficient in the Japanese language. That said, those not proficient in Japanese can use Japanese sources to cross-check the English sources for any possible mistranslations, and thus use translating tools for such instances.
Yoshi's fantranslation[]
The primary source for this wiki is Yoshi's fantranslation published on Light Novel Bastion. This is because there exist no official translation of the web novel, and this is a wiki that bases itself upon the web novel.
Because it is translated by fans, it is subject to some mistranslations. Furthermore, it uses gratuitous capitalization to differentiate story-specific concepts, although this kind of capitalization is not necessary on the wiki and can be replaced by a simple hyperlink to the relevant article.
